Cleansing is necessary in daily skin
care. It helps to remove the dirt that chokes the pores on the skin. Most
people used to cleanse their face 2-3 times a day. You can use a mild soap or
any natural product to cleanse your skin.
Wash your hand first as dirty hands
can transfer bacteria from hand to face.
• Wash your face with low chemical soap or either you can choose any natural product like milk or creams, lotions, foams, gels and liquids to clean your face.
• You should use a cleanser according to your skin type.
• Wash your face with a gentle cleanser with your fingertips in circular motions.
• A cotton pad dipped in milk will prove best and cheapest cleanser.
• Apply cleanser and leave it for 2-3 minutes then wash with water. It will remove the excessive dirt and help to feel you fresh.
